世茂喜達酒店集團Shimao Star Hotels Group

世茂喜達酒店集團（以下簡稱“世茂喜達”），是中國領先房地產界企業(yè)世茂集團與國際頂尖房地產私募基金喜達屋資本集團強強聯(lián)手打造的合資公司。自2017年成立至今，已擁有6個不同市場定位的自主酒店品牌，包括御榕莊、茂御、世御、茂御居、睿選尚品和睿選，實現(xiàn)了從高端全服務到中端精選服務、從城市商務酒店到特色度假酒店以及公寓產品的全系列品牌陣容。

目前，世茂喜達已運營并籌開55家酒店，未來將深入一二線城市為主的經濟和旅游發(fā)展強勁地區(qū)，進行酒店、品牌運營和資產管理，計劃4年內拓展100家酒店，以布局新一代中高端酒店市場，發(fā)展成為國際化的酒店集團。

Shimao Star Hotels Group, is a new hotel joint venture set up by Shimao Group, a leading Chinese property developer and operator, and Starwood Capital Group, a leading global private investment firm. Since its establishment from 2017, Shimao Star Hotels Group has owned a diversified? hotel portfolio including the MiniMax, MiniMax Premier and Yu collection, which encompass the Yu Resort, Yuluxe Hotel, Yu Hotel and Yu Residence, ranging from full-service hotel brands to select service hotel brands, business hotels, resort hotels to apartment products.

Shimao Star Hotels Group now owns 55 hotels and will focus on hotel development, branding and asset management in the first and second-tier cities with strong economy and tourism in the future. It plans to open 100 hotels in 4 years to optimize the middle and high-end hotel market landscape and develop into an international hotel group.
